Vibration feeder is also known as vibration feeder. ZSW series vibrating feeder produced by our company is a new type of vibrating feeder designed for conveying large pieces of materials evenly before crushing and screening medium and coarse crushers. The vibration feeder adopts the structural characteristics of double eccentric shaft vibration exciter, which ensures that the equipment can withstand the impact of large pieces of material falling, and has large feeding capacity. In the production process, the block and granular materials can be evenly, regularly and continuously fed to the receiving device from the storage bin, so as to prevent the dead machine caused by uneven feeding and prolong the service life of the equipment. The vibrating feeder can be divided into steel plate structure and grate structure. The feeder with steel plate structure is mostly used in aggregate production line to evenly send materials to crushing equipment; the feeder with grate structure can conduct coarse screening of materials, making the system more economical and reasonable in preparation. The active and passive shafts rotate in reverse at the same time, which makes the tank vibrate and makes the material flow continuously, so as to achieve the purpose of conveying materials
